When does the Çava seat ship?

How much does the Çava seat cost?

Will the Çava seat fit my toilet?

How easy is it to install?

The Çava Seat will take under 10 minutes to install. Simply remove your old toilet seat, screw in the Çava Seat, and hook up to water and electricity. Water splitter and power cord included.

Can I cancel my deposit?

Yes, you can cancel your deposit at any time by emailing support@cavahealth.com. We will respond to your cancellation request within 5 business days but typically a lot sooner!

Can I return the Çava seat?

Yes, we believe you’ll enjoy the Çava Seat so much you won’t want to return it but just in case we offer a 30-day full money back guarantee. Internal components will be sterilized and reused while external pieces will be recycled.

How accurate is the data?

The Çava Seat utilizes the most accurate sensors currently being used at the consumer level. While the Çava Health team of world-class scientists is constantly working to validate and improve the accuracy of measurements and insights provided, the Çava Seat is not intended to be a medical device. Our goal is to provide supplemental and actionable insights into one’s health that work in concert with the broader medical ecosystem. The Çava Seat is not intended to produce medical diagnoses.
